Living a healthy lifestyle has always been an important part of my life. From being active to eating wholesome meals, taking care of your body is a form of self-love. For me, being healthy is not simply for the physical aspect, but more so the mental component. As a full time office worker and part time student, finding time to engage in exercise is often difficult. I’m usually exhausted after work or need to do readings/studies for my class.
I’ve discovered and have been a long time follower of Cassey Ho, the founder of Blogilates. Cassey creates the most fabulous workout YouTube videos. She’s enthusiastic, has the most vibrant personality, and is very motivational. My favourite part is that I can follow along and workout at home at any time.

Did you know, up to 60% of the human body is made of water. We’re always reminded that we need to drink so many cups a day but have you ever considered the type of water you are drinking. Living in Vancouver, we are very blessed to have clean running tap water. However, in the market today, there are so many products that claim to boost the health benefits of water. In particular, I myself am very interested in alkalized water. I was very excited when Copper H2O reached out to me. Such a rustic looking bottle, I’m especially loving the rose gold appearance. The one thing about drinking out of a copper bottle is you do have to get used to the copper scent/taste. What are your thoughts on this newest health claim? Have you ever drank out of a copper bottle/cup?
